Nothing is more challenging in our business than to maintain a long-standing partneship with our clients. This is the case of our business partnership story with Dixons South East Europe (Kotsovolos) one of the leading electrical retailers in Greece. ADDED-VALUE

Our input. In the very early stages of development, technical tips and suggestions provided by our highly experienced experts to reach project efficiency. We teamed-up with the DIXONS managing team and partners to handle every manufacturing detail and stick to the initial plan and the design guidelines as much as possible. The project team should determine the specific nature of the business managing multi-complex tasks. Estimation of the required resources and durations for the administration of individual tasks was part of our detailed plan.  Key productivity factors include the mix of technologies used, service management, flexibility, quality of project management and quality check control. We performed a range of quality checks to ensure quality of work.
