Electrostatic Powder Coating is a dry finishing process used on a wide array of products. VETA’s 104 meter powder coating line, makes sure that powder is distributed uniformly on steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. Surfaces are prepared using chemical methods that neutralize active materials. Components go through a three-stage pre-treatment process to ensure that they are fully degreased and phosphate-coated to give excellent paint adhesion, while robots or spray guns manually,do all the coating work.
VETA currently runs 2 powder coating units with maximum component size conveyor plant:
- 3 meters long,
- 1.8 meters high and
- 0.6 meters wide
Polymerization in high temperature booths, combined with the experienced personnel trained and certified in powder coating applications by Akzo Nobel, guarantee the durable and uniform paintwork. Powder coatings are available in wide range of colors and textures, and latest technological advancements have resulted in excellent performance properties.
