VETA runs a fully integrated, in-house design and prototype department utilizing the latest hardware and software technologies from rapid prototyping to full product development with all of the relavant FAI documentation.
Our team of engineers, serves, in order to develop, reproduce or value engineer a project. VETA’s engineering department consists of 25 engineers.
Prototyping is an essential part of the product development process. It fixes usability issues before launch, revealing areas that need further improvements. Our design-for-manufacture approach, ensures that we are in the position to determine the prototyping requirements, minimize costly risks and deliver solid engineering results.
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE WITH 18 ADVANCED 3D CAD MODELING LICENSES
At VETA, we continually invest in cutting-edge 3D modeling and world class engineering software, supported by our recently upgraded Product Data Management hardware and server systems. Today VETA owns 18 3D CAD licenses, incorporated directly to our fully customized online ERP and MRP systems.
25 ENGINEERS AT YOUR SERVICE
VETA’s engineering department consists of over 25 engineers that are constantly trained to the latest modeling software. Our team of engineers, are trained to simulate, develop and virtually test an engineering project.
TRACEABILITY IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR WORK
Traceability is an important aspect in manufacturing, offering vital information on flow management and the input of resources throughout the supply chain. Therefore traceability has become an integral part of our work and a standard procedure.
VETA’s ERP and MRP system is fully customized, safeguarding traceability from the design stage of a project, to the final product. Our traceability process, enables us to keep track of production batches of raw material as well as to check progress, extract accurate documentation at any time and monitor the order status at any stage of the production.

A product’s manufacturing cycle, goes through a deburring and chamfering process.
Surface finishing, deburring and chamfering, are two methods used to process a laser cut unit. Flattening and smoothening surfaces as well as the material thicknesses, is key in order to ensure health and safety precautions are met.
Sanding drums and brushes, ensure the aesthetic uniformity and equal thickness of work-pieces. The maximum width of the work sheet is 1000 mm, while there is no limitation as to its length.
VETA has recently established in its facilities a room-size photography booth, fully equipped with the latest digital technologies as well as all the necessary shooting and lighting systems.
Our in-house photo booth is especially designed to serve one fundamental purpose. Photograph the prototype and all of the manufacturing details it carries with it.
Through this method, the photos are linked to the article number and are readily available for use at any later time.
Over the years, logistics has become a significant factor of VETA's supply chain.
In response to these challenges, VETA has established a comprehensive logistics system in order to ensure that customer requirements are met.
We have upgraded our facilities area to comply with international standards in logistics management and storage safety in order to avoid all risks we may encounter on-site, causing product distortion, deformation as well as maintain safety on the right standard.
