IT Support Ιntern

VETA S.A., a leading manufacturing company, is interested in recruiting under graduated student for an IT Support intern.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide 1st tier support for internal users
• Troubleshoot, configure and install computer systems
• Participate in IT department projects
• Prepare and/or modify systems and processes documentation

Requirements

• Active student of a T.E.I institution currently due to complete the 6-month Internship
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server)
• Understanding of network and computer technologies including: h/w, s/w, Antivirus, Office
• Excellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
• Fluency in Greek and English (oral & written) language
