IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- First level support to internal users on company systems and applications
- Training and guidance of employees in corporate IT systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT infrastructure
- Maintain an internal wiki with manuals, inventory and procedures
- Patch and upgrade systems and applications, installing fixes and new releases
- Management & set-up of new equipment and devices
- Interact with hardware and software vendors for provisioning, technical guides & support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware & software
- Experience with Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Office365, Windows 10, Windows Server)
- Experience with networking (LAN, WAN)
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support
- Ability to determine IT needs, keep documentation and train end-users
- Team player with willing to learn and problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills
- Fulfilled military obligations, if applicable
