ΝEW ROTARY BRUSH



Veta's policy of expansion and renewal maintains the company’s competitive edge in precision sheet metal fabrication.

The acquisition of new rotary brush for deburring by TIME SAVERS will significantly increase metal productivity as well as enabling efficiency improvements.

Veta currently owns one deburring machine, the existing plant list also includes 11 press brakes machines, 17 Bystronic laser cutting machines, three wjet cutting machines, three robotic welding cells.

The Company's management has developed its Policy for the social responsibility driven by the development of the mutual trust of the management to the employees as well as to collaborators, suppliers and customers. 

The Management of «VETA sa» through its policy is committed to the following:  

  • The compliance of all of the law provisions relevant to the operation of the company.
  • To provide all of the necessary resources for safety at work.
  • To provide all of the necessary resources for the health of the staff at work.
  • The continuous maintenance of the work environment and to take all of the necessary meters for its improvement.
  • To take all necessary meters for the smooth cooperation with local bodies
  • To take all necessary meters for the smooth coexistence with the local community
  • The protection of the environment
  • The conservation of natural resources for each task performed by the company
  • The conservation of natural resources for the everyday operation of the company

To achieve these targets, the Company's Management is committed to ensure over time all of the necessary resources for the implementation of the social responsibility policy. 

The social responsibility policy is notified to all staff, subcontractors / collaborators and to all of the suppliers of the company.

 


 

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY 

The Company's management has developed its policy for health and security, driven by the security of its staff and providing high level services. 

«VETA sa» through the health and security policy is committed:  

  • To the full compliance to the Health and Safety laws and regulations for the staff.
  • In placing all resources necessary for the prevention of occupational accidents and professional diseases
  • To the full implementation, of the monitoring and reviewing of health and safety procedures in their entirety.
  • The full implementation of the health and safety procedures by all of the company’s staff members and for the total of its activities.
  • To the adaption and continuous application of the Health and security procedures, in the case of any change in the internal structure, activity and installation of the equipment.
  • The review and analysis of the Health and Safety plan in order to set targets for continuous improvement.
  • To the continuous updating of the health and safety plan with the target of no occupational accidents.
  • For the continuous communication of the staff in Health and Safety issues.
  • For the providing of the necessary information resources and staff training for Health and Safety issues.
  • For the notification of the corporate health and safety rules to all interested parties.  

For the implementation of the Health and Security Policy, «VETA sa" considers the active participation of employees essential for the compliance, development and documentation of all health and safety procedures.  

 All employees in the company contribute to the effective implementation of the Health and Security system and its improvement. 

The health and security policy is notified to all of the staff.   



 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY  

The Company's management has developed the Environmental Policy driven by the secure management of environmental issues and the implementation of any preventive action that is required.

The Management of «VETA sa» through the environmental policy commits to the following: 

  • The protection of the environment
  • The compliance of all of the law provisions relevant to the operation of the company.
  • The conservation of the natural resources for each task performed by the company.
  • The conservation of the natural resources in the everyday performance of the company.
  • The compliance of all of the law provisions relevant to the protection of the environment.
  • The compliance of all of the law provisions relevant to the security of the staff working in the company.
  • The continuous and effective response to the training needs of the staff in issues of the environmental policy
  • A continuous communication with its suppliers and the clients and informing them about the environmental protection measures that are taken by the company.
  • Its continuous informing about issues on the environmental policy.
  • To take all of the necessary precautions for the protection of the environment.
  • To provide all of the necessary resources for maintaining the environmental policy.
  • The ability to collect the results of the environmental policy with the aim to settle the targets for the continuous improvement of the environmental management.
